By downloading or using the Ping mobile application ("Ping", "the App", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or older, as required by your local law) to use Ping. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
Not post, share, or organize anything illegal, offensive, or harmful
Not harass or harm other users
Not use the App for spam or commercial purposes without our written consent
Keep your device secure and your login details confidential
You are fully responsible for your behavior and activity on the App.
App Usage and Features
Ping allows you to:
Create and join spontaneous activities ("pings")
Connect with users nearby based on location
Interact with others in real life
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features at any time without prior notice.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Push Notifications & Location
Ping requires access to your device’s location and push notifications to function properly. By using the App, you consent to these permissions.
You may disable them at any time via your device settings, but this may affect core functionality.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the App or disrupt the experience for others
Required by law enforcement or legal process
You may delete your account at any time by contacting contact@joinping.app.
Intellectual Property
All rights to the Ping app, including design, code, branding, and content, belong to DKY CONSULTING - FZCO. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to ensure reliability and security, but we do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption, error, or risk.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim liability for:
Losses arising from use or inability to use the App
Any actions taken by users in real life based on Ping interactions
Use the app responsibly and at your own risk.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DKY CONSULTING - FZCO from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai.
